Unsubscribing from Marketing Emails
If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe in just a few clicks:
- Open any marketing email from us.
- Scroll to the bottom of the email.
- Click the “Unsubscribe” link.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your choice.
Once unsubscribed, you’ll stop receiving promotional emails. Please allow up to 48 hours for the change to take effect.
Unsubscribing from SMS Messages
If you’re receiving SMS updates and would like to opt out:
- Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us.
You’ll receive a confirmation message letting you know you’ve been unsubscribed. This will stop all future marketing SMS communications.

If you’d like us to unsubscribe you on your behalf, our Customer Service team can help.
We’ll escalate your request to our internal support team to suppress your email address, which means you’ll no longer receive marketing emails from us.
