Some parcels will require someone to be home to receive them, or they will be taken to your local post office for collection. If you wish for them to be left unattended, you can request this at checkout.
For deliveries that do not require a signature, if you’re not home, your parcel may be left in a safe place at your delivery address. If the carrier isn’t able to leave it safely, they’ll leave a card or send a notification so you can collect it from your local post office or collection point.
If you’d prefer your parcel to require a signature, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to arrange this before it’s dispatched.
