Follow these steps to make an On-Loan request.
When you are purchasing a pair/s of shoes via our website, you can add one or two extra styles or sizes you would like to try, On-loan for comparison, to the 'Additional Information' note section at checkout.
Here you can write the name, colour and size of two pairs of shoes and we'll send you at no extra cost. You can only request On-loan shoes in this way if you are placing a full price order.
If you are purchasing shoes on sale, you will need to wait until you have received your order before requesting On-loan pairs. During active sale we cannot facilitate the On-loan service due to sale order volumes.
Note:
- We can only send on-loan requests with full-price orders. If you purchase an item on sale, your on-loan request will not be fulfilled.
- please check stock availability before making your request. If the item is out of stock online, we won't be able to send the shoe(s) to you.
