Each set includes:
- Two large spots
- Two small spots (can be trimmed for a better fit)
How to use:
- Identify the spot causing discomfort.
- Choose the gel size that fits and trim if needed.
- Peel and stick the spot inside the shoe, pressing it down firmly.
Once your shoes have softened and your feet are used to them, the gel spots may no longer be needed. They’re also handy to keep in your bag for any unexpected discomfort.
