Understanding Stock Statuses
We know how frustrating it can be when your size isn’t available—here’s how to interpret the stock information on our product pages, and what it means for your chance to purchase.
'Notify Me'
If you see ‘Notify Me’ next to your size, good news—we’re planning to restock that item. You can sign up to be alerted as soon as it becomes available again (see how below).
'Sold Out'
If the item says ‘Sold Out’, we won’t be restocking this style. As they're not being restocked, the notify me option is unavailable, and we're unable to notify you of any sold out styles that may be returned via a customer return. We're sorry!
Size Unavailable Online
If your size isn’t available to purchase online, that means we’re completely out across all store locations as well.
Sale Styles
Some sale items may be restocked, but many reduced-price styles won’t be replenished. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Please note: If a style is restocked after a sale ends, we’re unable to honour the sale price on the new stock.
Want to be notified of a restock?
If you’re keen on a restock:
- Go to the product page.
- Select your desired style and size.
- Click ‘Notify Me’ next to the size.
- Enter your email.
We’ll send you a message if and when that item comes back in stock.
Tip: Popular styles—especially in trend colours or fringe sizes—can sell out quickly. Signing up for notifications via email is the best way to stay ahead.
